Returns
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of order confirmation.
If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you should notify us before our fabrication.

To be eligible for a return:Â You must notify us within 3 days of order confirmation.
Notification must occur before we begin any design or fabrication work.
Non-Returnable Items
All STEELDIOS products are customized and non-refundable once design or production has started.
No partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Refunds (not applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 weeks. For payments made via credit card, a 3.6% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If on-site measurement has been conducted, a transport fee of $100 will also be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
